Like another member on this forum, I won the M&S Weekend Treats, as part of O2 Blue Mondays Promotion, but when I clicked on the unique prize link, within the time frame shown, it shows no codes available.
Can someone help please?

Before we can proceed, please contact PRSNT through the app and they'd be able to help directly.
When logged in to the Prsnt app, go to Profile > Help Centre > Click 'Chat with us' at the very bottom.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

If the QR code doesnt work in Store then you need to contact Marks and Spencers Customer Care, as they are the ones who issue the codes and can resolve..
If these QR codes are anything like the Student Beans offer, then you need to go to a normal till and not use the Self Service ones...
