Hi,
I have a charge on my credit card from Lyte. This is for using a charger at o2 academy in Bristol. I used my o2 priority code so there should be no charge. Who do I need to call to get this refunded. Not happy paying £20+ for something that is supposed to be free!

You need to speak to Lyte as there is nothing Customer Services can do about it, you could always try the venue as well direct..
The Venues are run by the Academy Group.
