Hi, I lost my Sim Card when I went back to my country and am back today in London. I need to replace is ASAP but I want to keep my number. I cannot call any customer services phones because I don’t have a UK sim right now and I cannot contact anyone like this!! Can someone help me ASAP

If you have access to Skype, the freefone 0809 number in here works, @Denizsan - and you need to report your SIM as list so O2 can disconnect it before you can do anything else: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8:15am or thereabouts is the best time to call
