I know o2 have millions of customers. I know I’m just one of them but how frustrating are the day passes. I have 2 o2 contracts & hubby has 1. Every Friday we all log in to priority and try to get the tickets. At 12 it’s the mad dash to press use now, we all have the same message, retrieving codes then we get told all tickets have gone.
So cheesed off. Have been an o2 customer for years, think priority is hoax. Never won anything. Losing the will to try with them anymore
