Hi,
I recently added Disney Plus through O2. On my Disney Plus account it says I can now manage my subscription through O2, but on the O2 app it says I still need to activate Disney Plus. No matter what I try, I can't seem to confirm this benefit. I just want confirmation that Disney Plus is now linked to my O2.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

It will say it needs activating until the 28 day selection period has passed.
To check if it's managed through O2,, log in to your account on Select profile | Disney+ (disneyplus.com) and check the billing details.
It should say managed by O2.
