Disney Plus Offer Stopped

A few years ago I added Disney+ through priority as you save £2 on subscription. At some point I stopped receiving this offer (no notification) and can’t see in the terms and conditions that there is an expiry date. Does the offer expire? Or does changing plans affect it? All the plans I’ve been on have been eigible for the offer.

Will I have to remove the extra and add it back on through priority? Will I have to cancel my Disney account too, to add on?

As it’s only £2 it’s been low on my priority list, but I’m now reviewing my subscriptions and £2 a month of the years adds up.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
