I've just purchased another contract and was given the offer of 6 months Dinsey+ .
I've filled in all the details and received an email saying it will be available in 48hrs i will get another email and an sms when it's ready.
I've heard nothing. I presume it's gone wrong at 02.
How do i go about rectififying this problem. Can't find an email address to write to. No online chat. Phone lines just say 'Bye'. Zilch, Nada support.
I know this is not high priority but was one of the reasons i've opted for now a 4th contract with 02

Check your spam for the email but it will come eventually.
You have 28 days so don't panic just yet.
