Hi,

I took out the six months free Access to Disney Plus and this has now expired. According to my account it initially stated it would bill at £5.99 per month. Now it states its £7.99 per month. Reading the current offer on priority it seems to infer I now have to activate a different offer to get the £2 reduction, which isnt on Disney Plus but a resuxtion to my airtime contract. Currently this hasnt happened and I seem to also be unable to activate this new offer either as it errors out. So it looks like I am being charged full price when i was originally advised it would be £2 per month cheaper. Ani idea?

Thanks.

Paul

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Disney have put up their prices.

You still get a £2 discount off the full price.

Thanks for the reply but nowhere on my bill does it confirm that i am getting this £2 reduction. The total of my bill also suggests i am being billed at the current price for Disney Plus, which if you do this directly through them is only £7.99, not £9.99. So as the reduction should mean i only pay a net £5.99, how come my bill has increased by almost £14.00 (I know this isn't £16.00 so thus equating to two months charge, but that is because  the date i took out Disney Plus was not the same date as my billing date). So as far as i can see i am not getting the discount. How do i get this sorted so that it is added?
