Incorrect Charge for Cancelled SIM Card Order

Hi there,
I ordered a volt sim card. now i cancelled the order and have not received the sim card nor have i used it, but i am being charged. why am i to pay the amount? please explain.
Moreover, i can't even email back. What kind of customer service is this?

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
