Canceling Disney+

Hi all,

I had the 6 month free Disney+ offer this week. Looks like I won't be using it much so looked for the way to cancel it and cannot find it in my subscriptions on O2 or Disney+. How do I cancel it please and when I do will it stop instantly or at the end of the free 6 month period?

Hi @Billysmiles 

You need to click on manage my extras in My O2and move the slider to not auto renew
This will then cancel the renewal process from O2
Once you have done that go to the Disney sire and follow the instructions here

This will then cancel the renewal process from O2

This looked hopeful, but I can't find 'manage my extras'. Gonna have to call o2 in the morning.

You need to click on the big + sign beneath your Disney extra in your MyO2.

Thanks for that. I did try, but nothing happened. I reset Chrome this morning and it worked.
