I have for the life of me been trying to claim my odeon vouchers for the last 2 hours! But unable to.. i keep getting the message "sorry there was a problem adding voucher" on the odeon app and trying the website too i get an error message. My vouchers were for tomorrow (the 13th), been trying all evening to no avail.
i really fancied catching a film yesterday. I am certain I have followed all the terms and conditions, I have used these O2 Odeon vouchers before without any issue but am not sure whats happening..
is there any way i can attach my screenshots to the error i am getting
Both my daughter and I had issues trying to book our tickets last night for the codes we got last week, kept saying the codes were incorrect when they were copied exactly as per the screenshots we took. Tried contacting on twitter as it says you should and also a pm to martin-O2, no response from either so we have both lost out on the cinema today. Have used before with no issue so know how to use them.
