Hi, I am trying to use 02 Priority to book tickets tonight before they go on general sale. However the pass code they send me has not arrived. i have tried 3 times in the last hour and all failed to arrive. I have switched off my Wi-Fi but still no luck. Can anyone please advise. Many thanks Rob
Is it sending the code to your correct number?
You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
