Why is there no O2 Priority link to the BTS World Tour tickets at the O2? I have been with O2 since I first had a mobile phone, and this is the despicable way a so called valued customer is treated. My daughter has so been looking forward to possibly being able to see this band. I feel so frustrated with O2, it may be time to move on if this is how their so called perk of being registered with them works. Very disappointing. Anyone have any answers to being able to purchase priority tickets please?

We’re sorry for any miscommunication or confusion on the pre-sale of BTS tickets. We get 99% of pre-sales in our venues but some artists choose not to have them and we have to respect that decision. It hasn't been possible to secure Priority Tickets for this gig.

Thanks for trying to help. The link doesn’t work, and the website says there will not be any priority ticket sale tomorrow. I am so incensed over this that I think my time with O2 may well be coming to an end. You can’t even make a straight forward complaint via email, just sent around the houses. Not good enough.
