Apple Music code not working

I recently changed my sim only plan and it came with Apple Music. I got the text from o2 that a code has been issued and see it in the priority app.

 

however when I come to redeem the code it’s says the code has already been used, but I just got so not sure how this is possible.

 

Can I get a new working code?
