Hi does anyone know how to activate this every time I try to activate it on Amazon it says activation error

The Amazon site is giving issues with this offer

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

It cannot be added to an existing Amazon account.

You need to create a new one.

I linked an Amazon extra to my existing Amazon account

I'm already an Amazon Prime customer so get most of these free anyway.

I can't see anything in the O2 Extras where it states you need a separate account.
