Solved: 02 priority lost code and pin

In October last year I transferred £41 from O2 priority to use on Ticketmaster but I have lost the 16 digit code and the 3 digit pin as it expired or do you think or two will be able to send me another code and PIN for me to use it

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
