Can anyone help me ?
I have 50GB of data a month at my holiday lodge, I use a router with an outside booster, the last few days I have been checking my usage and I'm proper shocked, Friday 12/11/21 I had 20.81 GB left, that was the reading I last had on the 7/11/21 when I was at my lodge.
Yesterday I watched a film and rugby on amazon and last night had 20.81 GB left.
This morning I have 2.5 GB left !!!!! without even using the internet, any reason this has happened ?
I tried O2 phoe but they simply cut the call (automated)
I shall go into an O2 shop tomorrow.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
