When I try to make a call my phone either connects however I get no dial tone and it connects and I can’t hear anything or it completely crashes my phone and I loose all signal and internet. My phone has been completely tested by Apple and no faults are found and I’ve had new SIM cards. Is anybody able to help?

Have you checked for local network issues O2 Service Status ?

@HollyHiggins

If the network is good and and this happens everywhere and you've had new sim cards it must be a phone issue, regardless of what Apple says.

I'd go back to them to check it again.

If it only happens in one area, it's likely a local fault that O2 aren't aware of, so you should report it through the MyNetwork app https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Been back to Apple who have done a full diagnostics check and again there is no fault with my phone. Getting incredibly frustrated with this now. Going to try and order another new SIM card and see what happens. Thank you for your help.
