Claiming Samsung Active Watch

I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G online, which should allow me to claim a Samsung watch. I've submitted my claim 3 times and been rejected each time for not showing proof of purchase. I've sent them everything, all the emails I received, screenshot from My Orders on O2 and the slip that came from O2 with the watch. Nothing has been satisfactory because I done have a proof of purchase receipt or VAT receipt. Please help as the watch was a big factor in choosing this phone. I've also tried to download my order as a PDF but can see no option to do that.

The download as pdf option should be available from your MyO2 online.

You need to select the print option then choose pdf as the target.

You need to open it and then right click and then you should see a print option
