Hello, I’ve just ordered a new phone on Saturday and got an email telling me my application is under review and they will get back to me in 24 hours. I still haven’t heard anything yet although the £30 upfront cost has been taken out of my account.

The payment will be pending until approved.

If not approved, it will be returned to your bank.
