Split Port

I have ported my number to o2 however when people call me it still goes to my old Vodafone SIM. when I call out from my o2 sim it shows my number.

If the Vodafone number is still working it seems the port has not completed.

It could be Vodafone at fault.

Personally I would keep rebooting your handset

However you may need to contact O2
