I have no signal and my number has not updated to my previous number that I transferred with a pac code

Maybe the transfer is going through.

Has your old SIM disconnected

Keep rebooting (switch off and on) your phone every so often

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
