We have just joined the O2 network and have set up our new devices a couple days ago. I am unable to use the app as of yet and I also need to add insurance to our new phones of which we have two on the same contract. Thank you

You can try via the website at https://mymobile.o2.co.uk as it can take a couple of days for access to be setup.

 

To add the insurance you will need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202 or pop into an o2 store.
