I started using my O2 SIM card on the 21st of July, and on the same day filled in the form to get my old phone number transferred from my previous operator to O2. According to the website, the transfer would be completed on Monday the 24th (the 1st working day after the weekend).
However since Monday the 24th my phone has been showing "No Service". I've tried turning on and off Airplane mode and re-inserting the SIM card many, many times but none for that has worked.
And because of that I can't receive any verification codes from O2 and as a result can't log into my O2 account. I have no idea how the porting of my number goes and I really don't want to lose my old number.
Can someone please help me? Many thanks!!
