Go to www.o2.co.uk and then click on myo2, at the top and login in.
All the details will be there.

Hi thanks, all logged in but it says
You don't have any products or services in this MY O2 account.
However they sent me an email to check my bill, and they debited 3 times my account with different amounts.
Can't speak to a real agent in the chat as well.
