Hi I have recently taken an upgrade with a new tariff starting on 18th March. I have however run out of data meaning i cant use my phone data outside of the wifi at home. I tried to buy bolt on but the incoming tariff isnt letting me. I need to have data until the tariff takes effect. My mobile number is xxxxxxxxxx can you help. It is essential i have data available asap.

Usually 30 days before you can add to the tariff
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
