Hi, I have not used my sim card for several months. Now  I find that I am not able to use my sim card or sign in my o2 account. Can you check it for me?

@BengbengI presume this is a PAYG sim? If so you have to make a chargeable activity on the sim every 6 months to keep it active.

Follow @Bambino's advice above. It may well be that customer services are able to recover your number, if it hasn't already been recycled.
