I have upgraded the phone from a Google Pixel 3 to a *refurbished* Google Pixel 7 _ mobile number xxxxxxxxxxxx.
Phone arrived last Monday (13th)
The phone has been getting hot when used, the fingerprint sensor isn't accepting my finger print, even though I have calibrated it several times.
The phone hasn't been dropped, or damaged by myself in anyway, has had a case on since the day I got it. On Sunday I took the case off to clean it and noticed that there was a crack on the bottom of the back panel approximately 0.5 x 2.5cm across.
If they could send a replacement that would be ideal. I'm not bothered what colour it is. As long as it is the same price as the one we have paid for.
