I have tried repeatedly to reset my password, each time you send me a nonsense email via Macafee stating that the urls are unsafe. This appears to be a long standing problem via resaerch I have done. What is going on and how can I reset my password so that I can access MyO2?

O2 have messed up a system update which is effecting thousands of customers.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
