hi i am a new customer with O2. on Wednesday i ordered a Nothing phone 1 and set up my account with a pay monthly subscription but it has been 48 hours and i have heard nothing i have confirmation and all the paperwork emailed to me but my order does not show up on my account but i have the order number. is there anyway to fix this or do i need to order it again?
