I recently bought a new iphone ( December ) and being a 79 year old I have forgotten the passcode and the phone is now disabled. My old phone had a 4 number passcode, this new one a 6 number so I thought I would just add 2 figures and everything would be okay. I have tried a lot of configurations but to no avail so now I am stuck with a disabled iphone, help anyone.
