incorrect bill sent

Hi,

I recently closed my account with O2 as this was my daughters phone and she is now old enough to get her own.  She ported the number over to a new provider.  I called O2 to advise and was told about the last payment and I today received a refund for Augusts payment so understood that the account was fully settled. 

I have today received an invoice in the post to you advising that you have called and texted sbout an outstanding payment for £24.98.  The mobile number is not quoted on the invoice but there is an account number of .  I cannot log into my O2 account to see if this is related to the same mobile number .  I checked my emails and couldn't find anything relating to this demand.  I spoke to my partner and she did recall some emails going to a joint email address that we share and she manages but she thought that these were scams as there is no mobile account linked to that email address.

Please can you check and advise if there is anything outstanding and what this might relate to..?
