29/12/2021: O2: You need a balance of at least £15 on 02 Jan to renew your £15 data Big Bundle with data rollover or it will expire.
2/1/2021: 2 of 2: O2: You need to top up today to rollover your unused data, otherwise it will expire. Call 4444 free from your mobile. 1 of 2: O2:Sorry, we've been unable to renew your Big Bundle with data rollover. You need a balance of at least £15 to get your data Big Bundle for this month.

It seems that my top up is failed. I cannot run up 15£ in two days!

Who can help me solve this problem! Appreciate for your help.

You may have only used 1p but still would not have enough for your bundle.

Check your balance in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

For a small amount, call 4445 and see if they will reimburse you to be able to get your bundle.

But my bundle is 15£ data big bundle and I top up 15£ on 27/12/2021. I suppose there is no wrong with it. My friend who purchased the same bundle and top up 15£ at the same time with me, but she can still use her phone.

Yes I understand.....

What I am saying is that you may have only lost a few pence due to data use or an mms etc and your balance would be too low to renew bundle.

You haven't necessarily used all £15.00
