So my iPhone couldn’t be delivered because I didn’t receive the PIN code to give to the driver and o2 apparently submitted a request multiple times but still couldn’t change the phone number on the delivery for me to receive the PIN code. Anyway it was eventually sent back to o2 last week and they received it last week because I got the tracking info from DPD. Anyway it is still on my account and o2 claim they’ve not received it back yet. Is it possible it’s been received and lost in the warehouse? I just don’t want to be paying for something on my account I don’t have.
