All you can do is contact customer services, as it is either the bank's SCA page not returning the correct response or o2's page is broken..

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this, or call 202 tomorrow morning.

I've just been told by customer services that o2 does not accept credit cards?  I've attempted to enter a Capital on Tap Visa corporate card number - and it says: "Make sure you’ve entered your card number correctly.

The 16 digits on your card" - can't be right?

@BlokeFromStoke

You need to contact payment management.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support
Best time to call is around 8.00am

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

It could be that its a Corporate Card, which attracts different rates on processing the transaction, and the PAN number range may not be accepted by o2 for Consumer Services.

Best thing to do is contact CapitalOnTap, and get them to have a look into it as well.

From Capital on Tap:

Thanks for confirming. There are no declines stamped on our end, meaning the merchant isn't sending us the authorisation. This means there is an issue on their side, either with the details being entered incorrectly, or them stopping the transaction for some reason. I recommend reaching out to them to check this
