changed my iphone

i have changed my iphone to a newer one but have no service with old sim what do i need to do

If you have a physical SIM, it should just work @paul2811 - have you inserted the SIM in the correct orientation?

If you have an e-SIM, you will need to take new and old phones and some photo id into an O2 store and get the shop staff to help you out. Good luck!
