Hi I want to get an iPhone 16 Pro but I have already got a contract with you to upgrade it will cost me to much money any way to cancel this contract and start up a new one pls

You'll still have to pay the balance of your device plan to cancel, @Lilsymilsy - Guide: Cancelling Your Contract - your MyO2 will show what you owe to cancel as will texting INFO to 85075.

Your only option is to pay off your current contract and then upgrade, and then sell your current phone and offset the cost of your current contract (you have to pay off your current contract first though in full)... 

 

Other option wait 11mths and upgrade to the iPhone 17
