cannot call

Hi there,

I cannot call with my phone. Checked my O2, all is paid and done but when I call out I get a quick dailing tone

skype call does not work either....

@onthego Why isn't Skype working? Using the app has nothing to do with O2. What happens when you try to make a call?

Switch off phone, remove sim, reinsert sim, switch phone back on. Hopefully that will reset your phone.
