can't receive text code for log in

My phone has died as a result of dropping it. I can't receive the text code as part of MyO2 login process. Any ideas?

Have to contact O2, I'm afraid.
When you do get access to MyO2 register an extra alternative number so you can choose where text are sent.
I have my wife's phone as back up

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Put your sim in another phone to receive the code.
