i cann not get my old bills on my o2 ,why/?

There is a problem with the billing platform. O2 are aware and are attempting to fix it.

You just have to keep trying every day.

There is a known issue with bills and payments which O2 are working on and hope to have fixed soon.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
