Data problem

My daughters data has ran out when she has been always using wifi,I added a bolt on yesterday and it has already ran out even though she has been at home with wifi on? Does anyone know why this is? Many thanks

Resolved! Why am i getting charged more than i normally should be getting charged

I should only be getting charged 12.50 for airtime bill and 21.50 for the device plan and yet im getting charged 54.99 airtime as well as 21.50 for device plan, This is ****** and no1 can explain to me why im getting charged so much last 3 months
