Unlocking phone

Hi can anyone help please I'm trying to unlock my old Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and I have received my "unlatching" code however the email says if I enter it wrong 3 times the device will be locked, does anyone know what I can do now??

My phone keeps signing me out of the network and asks me to sign in but it signs me in to myo2 and nothing changes but if I don't have WiFi on my phone then my data doesn't work and my signal keeps disappearing. Does anyone know how to fix this?
