Cant get e-sim

My sim is no longer working but i wish to keep using this. To log into my o2 i need to receive a message but cannot as sim card is broken. Can you please help?

Roaming issues

Hello,Currently I travel Europe and i have an issue with a roaming in Hungary, Budapest.It’s not connecting to the local phone networks. I have tried automatic and manual connection . In both cases -no results. please help me asap.thanks,alex

Resolved! Swapping my number

I want to swap my number from my old phone under a family members o2 to my new phone in my name on o2. I keep getting sent back to my o2. It seems simple if it's a different network but o2 to o2 is a nightmare.
