Can anyone explain why I'm being asked to log in to My O2 when I'm already logged in to My O2?
I actually wanted to upgrade my phone as its near the of my 24 month contract but at this rate, I think EE or maybe Vodaphone will get my business instead.
I've cleared the cookies & cache etc etc and nothing helps.

@Bam_Bam Online ordering of anything with O2 is always a lottery.
We suggest that you go in store for a less stressful upgrade.
