my O2 app

I have a one + 5 , for a year the my O2 app been fine .
Last few months it will not run ? , Uninstall it loads of times , reinstall and it won't run , just constantly saying downloading and doing nothing ??

Have you tried Clearing the Google Plays Cache, Data and Updates? Give that a try. It will update again when it's done.

Hi yes all tried before , phone is on latest software .

Last month i reset phone to defaults , have cleared phone wil Ccleaner app  reinstall My o2 it runs once and thats it ??

I would guess another app is preventing it running, maybe a battery saver app or even ccleaner itself.
