Want to buy a new phone, but can't change delivery address without old phone?

Hi

I'm at the end of my tether and need your help. 

I'm trying to buy a refurb iPhone X via my O2 but I can't change my delivery address on the order at all and the reason why I'm making this purchase is because my old phone is broken and out of warranty, and too expensive to repair. 

Trouble is, in order to change the address I need phone verification! Please help. I need this phone now. Thanks.
