Hi, I'm a new 02 customer, I recently ordered a pay monthly phone and chose click and collect from my local store, this was 9 days ago and I still haven't received an email saying my phone is ready for collection. I've been into the store and called customer services but they were no help at all, this is so annoying because I've already been sent my first bill which I'm expected to pay the full month on sep 11 even though I haven't received my phone, can anyone advise please
