Vodafone have constantly been billing me different amounts each month (only just noticed this)so for my mobile I pay "£14" and my broadband it's "£22" each month, but they have NEVER got it right since the time that I moved house, can I use this to release myself from the current contract I have with them (any advice WILL be greatly appreciated)

Well, as O2 customers we cannot answer for Vodafone, nor can we give any meaningful advice as we don't know why bills vary.
I doubt very much you can use it as an excuse to leave unless you can prove negligence on their part
