I have today been switched over from Virgin to O2: Everything seems to be working ok except My O2. The problem appears to be that I previously had an O2 account which it keeps recognising when I try to set up a new account: So far I have had to set up two new passwords and finally has now asked me to enter a “new” email address, but I only have one and it still recognises that as linked to my previous account. Any ideas??

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,
