For ref, about 48hrs for a response to a query on Social Media (first response came back at 8:02am Sunday morning 😖), and another 2 days of back and forth to get to an (possibly not the!) answer. Probably quicker than 202, given the stalling, the pauses, the unintentional call hang-ups, the "wait 24hrs" responses, etc. Virtual Assistant not much better, so... 🤷
